Boranup Forest Elopement | Lauren & Marcel

Lauren and Marcel’s Boranup Forest elopement was one of those afternoons where everything just seems to fall into place. The weather had been rainy and stormy all day, but by the time we reached Boranup Forest the clouds had cleared enough for the glow of the sun to appear through the trees. Lauren and Marcel and put together a collection of sentimental keepsakes from their families and I think the intent behind all their actions gave the afternoon so much heart and soul.

Boranup Forest is one of my favourite locations in the South West. It’s so still and beautiful and peaceful – I couldn’t think of a more beautiful place to elope. We found a little spot in the forest where they exchanged beautiful vows, rings, hugs, and kisses and danced in the trees. The adventure continued as we made our way to the coast where the wind was roaring! It didn’t stop them from laughing and smiling and I think these photos are some of my favourite, ever!

Lauren and Marcel, thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking me along on your adventure and for sharing this special time of your life with me. It was an absolute honor.
