When Maddy sent me an email asking if I fancied another New Zealand holiday, I did a little dance. Five years ago I photographed her brother’s wedding and it was the adventure of a lifetime. I met Maddy on that trip (and Matt who was a groomsmen!) and we got along straight away – I even convinced her to let me take photos of her because I thought she was pretty cool :)
I took my mum along for this trip and we had a great time – it was a very memorable trip and so special to be back in New Zealand again. Maddy and Matt were married in their local church, and we went adventuring around Wellington taking photos at the Botanical Gardens, up some hills and down at the lighthouse. It was truly magical, a whirlwind of a day filled with laughter and fun!
Thank you Maddy and Matt for the opportunity, and who knows, maybe we’ll be in New Zealand in five years time :)
