It was wonderful to be a part of Olivia and John’s Margaret River Elopement at Voyager Estate. Oliva and John are wine aficionados, and so Voyager Estate was a natural choice for them to celebrate after they exchanged vows at the Anglican Church in Busselton. The grounds of Voyager are nothing short of manicured perfection, and as a result it really feels like you’ve stepped out of Margaret River and into an English garden.
It was really special to be a part of Olivia and John’s celebration. Being invited to photograph elopements is a real privilege beacuse it’s an invitation to step into a couple’s lives for a few hours and tell their story through pictures. It’s like peeking through a window into the lives of two people in love. I document what I can see and translate their connection into imagery, and into something that is tangible.
